These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MAXXIMO | 3D FURRY ART’s Website, located at https://maxximo.cl/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use maxximo.cl if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “Member”, “Subscriber”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Site’s terms and conditions. “The Website”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Website. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Member and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Member in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Member’s needs in respect of provision of the Website’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of MAXXIMO | 3D FURRY ART,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, MAXXIMO | 3D FURRY ART shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

MAXXIMO | 3D FURRY ART reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
  • The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
  • The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant MAXXIMO | 3D FURRY ART a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Accounts, Memberships and Payments

By joining a paid Membership you will have a Charge-Up Front Payment (from now on only CUF) of the value of your selected Membership and you will receive a registration link via email from newsletter@members.maxximo.cl to create your account, the accounts have a duration of 1 month plus 3 days of guarantee at the end of a membership with renewals every month since the CUF payment day, if the Membership it’s not renewed your account will pass from “Active” to “Expired” blocking all the membership’s content until either a manual Membership renewal or the voluntary removal of your account and data associated to it once expired.

You warrant and represent that:

  • Your membership account will be made using your PayPal’s email address and name until you finish your registration.
  • Once you receive your registration this one (the Membership) will be considered finished when a username is attached to your profile by clicking the Submit button on the registration page.
  • You can request a refund of the CUF payment only if you haven’t finish your registration and no username is attached to the membership on the site. By doing this you accept that your account and recurrent payment via PayPal will be cancelled immediately too.
  • Once you press the Submit button on your registration page and finish such registration you can’t request a refund of the CUF payment.
  • If you recurring payment gets cancelled or suspended by PayPal or you and the account reach the expiration date on the site your status will be automatically downgrade from “Active” to “Expired”.
  • If you modify your membership (switch between “Membership” and “Membership Plus”) you’re responsible of cancelling your previous recurrent payment, if the modification of your membership is within 5 days since your last payment you can request a refund of the previous payment.
  • Your account may be deleted at any moment without previous notice once it reaches the status “Expired”.
  • Due to PayPal change of TOS, since October 2019 all the refunds may not include PayPal’s Processing Fees.
  • All manual renewals of a membership with an account with the status “Expired” must use the same PayPal’s email and account, otherwise the site will generate a new account with your current PayPal’s email.
  • Any account that’s created without a membership status [a basic WordPress “Subscriber” account] will be considered outside the bounds of the site and will be deleted without a warning.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
  • System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:

  • commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
